What we collect, and why.
The short version: we only receive what you choose to send us, we use it to reply to you, and nothing on this site tracks you.

What we collect
Contact form. When you get in touch, we receive what you type: your name, company, email address, phone number if you give one, the reason for your inquiry, and your message.
Cybersecurity pre-assessment. If you request a pre-assessment, we also receive the details you provide about your organization — industry, size, location, the frameworks you work to, when you were last assessed, and what is driving the request — along with your name, title, email, and phone number.
Site assistant. The questions you ask the assistant are sent to an AI model to generate an answer. If you attach a document, it is stored so the assistant can answer from it during your conversation.
We do not run analytics or advertising trackers on this site, and we do not set tracking cookies. The assistant keeps a random conversation identifier in your browser’s session storage, which is cleared when you close the tab.
How we use it
Form submissions go to OneVision partners so they can reply to you, scope the work you asked about, and keep a record of the conversation. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a mailing list because you contacted us.
Questions and attachments sent to the assistant are used only to answer you. To limit abuse, the assistant counts requests per visitor per hour using a salted hash of your IP address rather than the address itself.
How long we keep it
Documents you attach to the assistant expire automatically after 24 hours and are then deleted.
Form submissions are kept for as long as they are useful for the relationship they started, and deleted on request.
Who processes it for us
This site is hosted on Netlify, which also receives form submissions and stores assistant attachments on our behalf. Assistant answers are generated by Anthropic’s Claude models through Netlify’s AI Gateway. Each provider processes data only to deliver its service to us.

To see, correct, or delete what we hold about you, email info@onevision-consulting.com or call (678) 232-4949. We will confirm who you are and respond within 30 days.
Please do not attach documents containing personal data about other people, payment card details, or protected health information to the assistant.
