IT Advisory Services

An honest business case, not a sales pitch for more software.

Transformation-readiness assessments, roadmaps, and vendor selection — plus coaching and interim cover for the IT leader carrying it. The diligence that separates a fixable process gap from a genuine system limitation.

A diagram of the IT advisory practice: a central 1V IT Advisory Solutions hub ringed by strategy & governance, people, process, technology solutions, operations & delivery, and value & outcomes, over a data & insights foundation.

Overview

A surprising number of ERP replacements solve a problem the current system never actually had. The real issue was a process, an integration, or a reporting gap — and a new platform would have inherited it.

We run the assessment first. Sometimes the answer is a full transformation; often it is a far smaller, cheaper fix. Either way you get the truth before the budget. And because the person who has to carry that decision is often doing the job for the first time, the same practice offers coaching, mentoring, and interim cover — an IT leader with somewhere to think out loud makes better calls than one without.

What we do

Inside Advisory

Transformation-readiness assessment

A clear-eyed read on whether your organization, data, and processes are ready to change.

Roadmap & business case

A sequenced plan with a business case executives can approve and finance can defend.

Vendor & platform selection

Independent selection support — we do not resell the software we recommend.

Architecture review

Integration and data-architecture review that surfaces the real constraints early.

IT & CIO coaching & mentoring

Regular, confidential sessions with a practitioner who has held the seat — for a first-time CIO or IT director carrying a transformation, a board relationship, and a team all at once.

Interim & fractional IT leadership

A senior hand in the chair while you recruit, or a standing fraction of one where the organization does not yet need a full-time CIO.
